EXCELLENT! Don't hesitate to use them. I had a flat tire while driving a car full of kids to school 😭. They were FAST and professional and worked with me through the various hiccups (all on 9335 Chesapeake Dr, San Diego, CA 92123 end). Moreover, it's definitely cheaper than getting towed to get it fixed!! (I'd venture to say we saved 50% or more). In a time of need there can be predatory services out there but the service I received was top notch. Honestly, I'm actually glad I had the experience because now I know what to do and it's not so bad if I can rely on City Mobile Tire Guys to help! It seemed like they covered a wide range of area around San Diego, too. Thank you guys for all the help!

WAY too expensive for what they offer. I found cheaper deals for ALL 4 TIRES including service fees. Maybe if you're rich and in a rush, then this service is for you.

Dishonest and disrespectful owner, employee that helped me was great though just a terrible owner and runs a dishonest business. Doesnt charge the amount he says originally hell charge you more and says he didnt say the original price and makes me look like a liar. How do you expect someone to come back to you next time with that attitude.

I have never left a review on anything let alone a bad one. Found out 3 minutes after sending him 180$ for a patch that I have free roadside wanted to charge me a 150$ cancelation fee after 3 minutes of sending the money then didnt want to refund my 30$ since I ended up just needing a jack to put my spare on that was 150$. Most disrespectful and sarcastic guy ever capitalizing on people that are stuck on the side of the free way.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Unfortunately, I found them to be dishonest, unprofessional, and lacking in knowledge. I called during my lunch break and, during the call, there was no mention of the location of the nail in my tire. They only asked for my location and quoted the service price $120. Just five minutes after hanging up, I found a better price and called back to cancel. They informed me, “We’re already more than halfway; we’re almost there.” I acknowledge that I should have done my research first, but it felt misleading and they were not very honest. They were coming from Chula Vista, and my work place is about 20-25 minute away from them, and it's during lunch time so it's probably take them a bit longer, they didn't show up for another 20 mins. Whatever, it's my fault for didn't do more research so I proceed anyways because i felt bad too. When they arrived, it took the technician only seconds to inspect the nail. He stated that it was too close to the sidewall to repair safely, which was fine. However, when I asked what could be done next, he said he would put on my spare tire for a charge of $120.
